Built by a pet boarding facility owner — because nothing else did the job
PawUnify IQ started as an internal tool for Kapiti PetVilla in New Zealand. We needed a way to give our clients a modern app experience — booking requests, pet profiles, photo updates during stays — without ripping out the back-office software that already worked. So we built it ourselves. Now we are making it available to other facilities that face the same challenge.
We did not want to replace our existing system. We just needed a better way to stay connected with our clients.
